• Minimum 1 year of banking sales experience with a proven sales track record.

• Experience in basic banking product sales is required.

• Candidates with experience in personal banking, bancassurance, unit trust, investment or other financial sales are welcome.

• FIMM licence is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven, proactive and target-oriented.

• Able to build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for selected locations.

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential banking customers.

• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.

• Achieve individual sales and business targets.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently deliver against KPIs.

• Ensure all sales activities are carried out in accordance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
