Service Advisor

Pantai Bharu – Klang, Selangor

We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to support our service centre and showroom operations. This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals seeking flexible work while gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries.

• Prepare job cards, quotations, and guide customers through the service process.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of services.

• Provide regular updates to customers on service progress.

• Conduct customer calls and follow-ups regarding service appointments, quotations, service reminders, and other service-related matters.

• Promote and upsell relevant service packages, maintenance items, and Value-Added Products (VAP) to customers.

• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Assist with front-desk operations and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

• Perform other customer service and operational tasks as assigned.

Compensation

• Basic salary starting from RM1,800.
