Requirements
SPM and above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Prior F&B supervisory experience an advantage but not required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily floor operations
Supervise waitstaff and kitchen coordination during service hours
Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and food quality are maintained
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints
Train new staff on SOPs and service procedures
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Prepare shift reports and communicate issues to Managera
