Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Introduce and explain company products or services to customers
Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Record customer information and follow-up activities accurately
Handle customer enquiries professionally
Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business goals
