• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to support Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration or Customer Support.

• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.

• Experience in Retail, FMCG or E-Commerce industries.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur

Working hours: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and LINE professionally.

• Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely updates.

• Following up on customer requests and resolving enquiries promptly.

• Maintaining customer records and supporting documentation.

• Assisting in administrative and operational tasks to support the Customer Service team.
