As an Account Executive, you'll support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and payment processing.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.

• Assist with SST, E-Invoicing and statutory compliance matters.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when required.

• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.

• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvements.
