Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in civil works or construction projects

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, site management and safety practices

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Good communication, problem-solving and leadership skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site

Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure project is executed on time and within budget

Monitor and enforce site safety compliance in accordance with industry regulations and standards

Report on technical quality, workmanship and execution of civil works to management

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents

Ensure all works meet required quality standards and project specifications
