Language Proficiency:Business-level fluency or native proficiency inCantonese and English (written and spoken) to support Cantonese-speaking customers.

Education: Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent.

Technical & Product Knowledge: Basic computer literacy and interest in IT/technology products to quickly grasp product details and assist with IT-related inquiries.
