Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of Supply Chain / Operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management and Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Electronics, E&E, Semiconductor or Automotive / EV manufacturing industries is preferred.

Strong knowledge of ERP system (SAP).

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage to support regional stakeholder communication.

Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Lead and drive the overall Supply Chain strategy, covering Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management and Distribution.

Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations and vendor performance.

Manage Logistics, Warehouse operations, 3PL providers and international trade compliance.

Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives.

Drive cost reduction, CAPEX planning and Total Landed Cost (TLC) improvement projects.

Lead Supply Chain digitalization through SAP enhancements, SCM systems and automation initiatives.

Develop and lead a high-performing Supply Chain team while promoting continuous improvement, EHS and 5S culture.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
