Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, positive, and willing to meet and communicate with customers.
Passionate about learning and developing a career in Islamic finance/Takaful.
Disciplined, honest, responsible, and target-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
No prior experience required —comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.
Interested in the financial services and Takaful industry.
Responsibilities
Meet and understand the financial needs of individuals and families.
Analyse customers' financial situations and recommend suitable Takaful protection plans.
Explain Takaful products and financial protection solutions based on Shariah principles.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Provide continuous financial advice and after-sales service.
Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Assist customers in planning suitable personal and family protection coverage.
