Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional Fitness Trainer to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The successful candidate will design personalized workout programs, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, monitor client progress, and provide ongoing motivation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients’ fitness goals.

• Develop safe and effective personalized workout programs.

• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct clients’ form.

• Guide clients through individual and group training sessions.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust training programs as needed.

• Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistent exercise habits.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.

• Keep accurate records of client workouts and progress.

• Provide basic, evidence-based fitness and lifestyle guidance.

• Build positive and professional relationships with clients.

• Stay updated on current fitness, exercise, and training practices.

• Follow all gym safety policies and professional standards.
