Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical & Financial Competencies:

• Knowledge of corporate financial products such as hire purchase, equipment leasing, and trade financing.

• Ability to compile, analyze financial data, and process market information to support credit assessments and financing recommendations.

• Experience handling and facilitating financing applications with internal stakeholders.

Business Development & Relationship Management:

• Proven capability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Strong relationship-building skills to engage customers, suppliers, and vendors, including conducting regular site visits.

Mobility & Soft Skills: Willingness to travel for client/supplier site visits, strong negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Plan and execute marketing activities to promote hire purchase, leasing, trade finance, and other corporate financial products across diverse industries.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, suppliers, and vendors to support long-term business growth.

Conduct regular site visits to customers, suppliers, and vendors to strengthen relationships and assess business opportunities.

Compile and analyze financial data and market information to support credit assessments and financing recommendations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of financing applications and deliver excellent customer service.
