Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other relevant courses.

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/ logistics operations from retail industry would be highly preferred.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations processes.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with cross functional teams and external 3PL partners.

Proactive, detail oriented and execution focused.

Support the management of 3PL DC outbound operations and inventory control to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and inventory accuracy.

Work closely with the Merchandising team and Logistics Manager to understand forecasted volumes and priorities and coordinate with 3PL to meet fulfillment requirements.

Coordinate with 3PL DC Operations team on daily order management, outbound capacity planning and overtime arrangements to support productivity targets.

Assist in warehouse capacity planning by analyzing daily/ weekly/ monthly Delivery Notes and aligning with 3PL to optimize outbound efficiency.

Identify process gaps and propose continuous improvements in operations and system workflows.

Monitor shipment accuracy and on-time delivery performance and support investigation of customer claims between Sales and 3PL warehouse team.

Track and monitor 3PL Warehouse KPI performance, highlight areas for improvements and follow up on corrective actions.

Ensure physical stock movement is aligned with system data (Daily Snapshot) and follow up on discrepancies with stakeholders and system teams.
