Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in invoicing, admin, or e-commerce support is an advantage

Basic knowledge of invoices, credit notes, and documentation processes

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications

Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible

Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Willing to support the e-commerce team and work collaboratively

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes (CN), and related documents

Ensure invoicing accuracy for orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada

Assist in reconciling e-commerce orders with invoices and payment records

Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and transaction records

Support the e-commerce team on order processing, returns, refunds, and adjustments

Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams on billing or order issues

Update basic sales records and assist with reporting when required

Handle general administrative duties such as data entry and document management

Assist in month-end administrative support related to sales documentation

Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned
