• Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer-service experience is preferred however fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

• Working days from Tuesday and Saturday (9am to 6.30pm). Off on Sunday and Monday.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will contact prospective customers by telephone, introduce our products or services, identify customer needs, and generate sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Introduce and explain company products or services.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

• Record customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities accurately.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and telemarketing guidelines.
