Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years account management / client service experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
Mandarin / English proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts
Build and strengthen client relationships
Handle client communications and resolve queries professionally
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
Monitor account performance and follow up on payments / renewals
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to meet client requirements
