Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Passionate about engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and effectively communicating brand and scientific messages to drive top-of-mind recommendations.

Strong customer focus with the ability to make timely, data-driven decisions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with a continuous drive to identify opportunities and create meaningful business impact.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.

Connect with his/her team members to discuss and make business decisions on daily basis. 

Responsible for monitoring both internal and external KPIs.

Work closely with the Medical Marketer on on-ground activations and with the SFE Lead on business analytics.

Maintain awareness of the COE and FC Do's and Don'ts in daily operations.
