Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Reception, or related fields (fresh graduates with good administrative skills may be considered)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities

Ability to multitask and work independently

Good numerical skills and attention to detail for allowance calculation and record management

Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information

Handle incoming calls, mails, courier services, and general enquiries

Manage meeting room bookings, arrange courier services and deliveries

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors

Ensure cleanliness and professionalism of reception and common area

Manage, record, monitor, and replenish office supplies including stationery, printing materials, and other sundry items

Verify and calculate Driver Trip Allowance

Handle filing, document control, data entry and administrative record management

Support branch administrative activities and company events when required

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
