At least LCCI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

At least 1–3 years of working experience in accounting (F&B or retail industry experience is an added advantage)

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount) and MS Excel

Mandarin fluency required, as the candidate will interact extensively with Mandarin-speaking management and store teams

Handle full sets / partial daily accounting and book-keeping for 3 F&B brands under the parent company

Reconcile daily sales reports, track cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory usage, and waste control from outlets

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including supplier invoicing, payment matching, and claims

Process payment vouchers, oversee online banking transactions, cheque issuance, and manage petty cash

Prepare monthly management financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and operational financial analyses

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities for annual audit, income tax, and SST submissions
