BAT Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Product Manager - SAP Controlling in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Minimum 6 years working experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA with at least 3 full lifecycle project implementations

Abilities in SAP ECC or S4 HANA Finance and Controlling, with primary focus in Controlling area

Have experience/knowledge with integration to other SAP modules including MM, SD, and PP

General appreciation of SAP technical and ABAP

Have working experience in areas of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, implementing feasible solutions, conducting tests (FUT, SIT, UAT, RT), data conversion and supporting the solution

Have good engagement and communication skills and is able to work with collaborators from all levels and globally  

Professional certification in ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and Lean Six Sigma processes and guidelines is beneficial. Additionally, understanding how SOX applies within IT is valuable.  

Subject matter expert within SAP Controlling, having deep knowledge of product costing (CO-PC) and material ledger (CO-ML), in addition to the general modules within SAP CO

Key focus within the change lifecycle of implementation of changes including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, addressing the appropriate governance body for approvals, transition and supporting the change post implementation

Provide input and recommend robust solutions to meet business requirements

Responsible for evaluation and approval of the Estimates provided by the 3rd party Service provider

Accountable in ensuring changes meet the change management processes/governance/criteria

Owner of IT automated controls and responsible for quality assurance following audits and SOX controls  

Supporting change management, release and deployment management, test management, service transition and service operations

Support and contribute to CSIP increasing quality/standards and driving towards lean organization
