Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English (Prefer fluent in Mandarin)

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent

Preferably with technical, problem-solving methods or tools, and interaction

Posses own transport and accommodation

To ensure the productivity, yield and output of lines are optimized

To solve technical problems and emergency cases.

To maintain the line operation system in a proper channel.

To ensure technicians and operators follow the work instructions in performing their duties.

To troubleshoot the quality (technical) issues that occurred in the production process.

To maximize the production performance, such as productivity and yield rate, and to minimize the defect and waste rates from the lens production process.

To perform corrective and preventive actions

To perform the proper control of the non-conforming products

To ensure proper identification of products in the production

To conduct a technical training program for Technicians and Operators
