Job Requirements:

• Experience in videography and video editing.

• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, audio, and composition.

• Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.

• Able to shoot with camera, phone, gimbal, tripod, microphone, and basic lighting.

• Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple video projects.

• Good visual sense, editing rhythm, and storytelling ability.

• Organized, responsible, and able to work with a creative team.

• Perform ad hoc duties and undertake additional tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

• Shoot and edit video content for social media, campaigns, events, product promotions, and brand storytelling.

• Capture product, food, beverage, retail, lifestyle, event, store ambience, and behind-the-scenes footage.

• Prepare basic shooting plans, including shot list, framing, lighting, props, and setup.

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories.

• Add subtitles, music, transitions, sound effects, motion text, and basic graphics when needed.

• Adjust video pacing, color, audio, and framing to match the brand direction and campaign objective.

• Export videos in different formats, such as 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9.

• Work closely with the Art Manager and Marketing Content Executive to understand scripts, content angles, and key messages.

• Turn content briefs and storyboards into engaging video content.

• Suggest suitable hooks, shooting angles, and editing styles based on social media trends.

• Ensure all videos are visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered on time.

• Organize raw footage, project files, and final video assets properly.

• Perform ad hoc duties and undertake additional tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
