Requirements
Administrative & Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), and inventory software.
Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written skills (English and Malay).
Education: SPM, Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of previous experience in sales administration or customer service.Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Responsibilities
Order & Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, generating delivery orders, and processing sales invoices or quotations.
Database & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, inventory, and sales data. Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly filed.
Team Liaison: Coordinating communication between the office, retail staff, warehouse, and vendors.
Customer Support: Assisting walk-in customers and resolving escalated client inquiries or returns.
