Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the retail industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Able to communicate well in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, or other languages is an added advantage.
- Passionate about customer service and retail operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve sales and operational KPIs.
- Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations is an advantage.
- Able to handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Willing to be transferred or relocated to any OWNDAYS Malaysia branch when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including manpower planning, scheduling, inventory management, and overall store performance.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness meet OWNDAYS standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock transfers, and minimise stock discrepancies.
- Develop team members through coaching, product knowledge training, and performance management.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Execute company promotions, campaigns, and operational initiatives effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor store KPIs and prepare operational reports.
