Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related disciplines).

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or maintenance engineering.

Experience in semiconductor, electronics, precision manufacturing, or high-tech manufacturing industries is preferred.

Good knowledge of manufacturing improvement tools such as:
Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, APQP, & Quality Control Tools

Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and manufacturing processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.

Good communication skills in English.

Provide technical support and sustaining engineering support for manufacturing operations.

Improve manufacturing processes, introduce new equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead process design, optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and productivity improvement activities.

Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and production transfer activities.

Conduct engineering experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare technical reports.

Implement quality improvement initiatives and support ISO 9001 compliance requirements.

Collaborate closely with international teams for production projects and technical support.

Apply engineering tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and QC tools for process enhancement.
