Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing, steel, construction materials, industrial products, or related industries.
- Experience in in export sales, international business development, or overseas sales.
- Experience handling export documentation and international shipping processes is an advantage.
- Good in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in verbal, reading and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base, leaders and stakeholders.
- Required Languages: Mandarin (must), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in overseas markets.
- Promote and sell the company's products to international customers, distributors, traders, and agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas customers while actively acquiring new accounts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on enquiries to secure sales orders.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas customers to understand their requirements and market conditions.
- Provide professional after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Coordinate customer visits and factory tours when required.
- Build long-term partnerships to increase customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate closely with the Production, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor production schedules, shipment status, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading instructions, and other shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade procedures.
