Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent.

Sales & Account Management Skills:

• Ability to prepare quotations, process sales orders, and manage sales pipelines/conversion rates.

• Strong customer retention and relationship-building abilities, with willingness to occasionally conduct customer visits.

• Product knowledge capabilities to identify customer needs and make accurate technical/product recommendations.

Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email) with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely support and appropriate solutions.

Manage the sales process by preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up on business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to support customer retention and business growth.

Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and work towards achieving sales targets.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales information.

Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and customer requests to maximize sales conversion.

Support payment collection and resolve customer account-related matters when required.

Occasionally visit customers to strengthen relationships and better understand their business needs.
