Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Retail Management).

Core Competencies:

• Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and POS material setups.

• Strong eye for visual merchandising, signage, and maintaining store display standards.

• Experience supporting new store openings and operational readiness.

• Analytical skills for monitoring retail systems (POS, apps, trackers) and preparing campaign reports.

Mobility & Soft Skills: Willingness to perform regular store visits across multiple locations, strong communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Execute planned marketing campaigns and in-store activations according to management briefs and timelines.

Manage merchandising setup, including POS materials, displays, signage, and store visual standards.

Support new store openings, store readiness, and retail operational activities.

Enhance customer shopping experience through store checks, observations, and execution of improvement initiatives.

Prepare campaign reports, support retail systems (POS, apps, trackers), and coordinate issue resolution.
