The Role

We are looking for a sharp, organized Accounts Executive. You’ll handle the day-to-day data entry and play a key role in making sure our annual audits and tax filings go smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Manage project accounting, including cost tracking and budget monitoring
• Prepare and process progress claims, invoices, and billing to clients
• Verify subcontractor claims and process payments, including retention sums
• Monitor project cash flow and ensure timely collections from clients
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., SST)
• Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, and external auditors
• Petty cash handling and reconciliation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries
• Must know either development or construction accounts
• Knowledgeable of: E-Invoice implementation and compliance; SST (Sales & Service Tax)
• Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount)
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to meet deadlines independently
