Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in related field

  • Minimum 2 years in medical/pharma sales (surgical, vascular access, O&G preferred)

  • Fluent in English & Bahasa

  • Strong planning, communication & negotiation skills

  • Willing to travel (South region) & stay outstation when needed

  • Computer literate & proactive

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with hospital-based healthcare professionals

  • Identify new business opportunities & manage existing accounts

  • Present and demonstrate products to doctors, nurses & medical staff

  • Negotiate contracts & close sales

  • Organize CME sessions & attend trade exhibitions

  • Assist in operating theatres/interventional suites for product usage

  • Maintain detailed records & prepare reports
