Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-service skills.

Self-motivated, responsible, target-driven, and willing to develop new business opportunities.

Able to work independently while cooperating closely with the Operations, Customer Service, and Management teams.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, and sales reporting.

Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, haulage, ocean freight, marine, or logistics services will be an advantage.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding, customs clearance, haulage, ocean freight, transportation, and other logistics services.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up on their logistics requirements

Prepare quotations, business proposals, service presentations, and follow-up reports.

Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customers receive reliable and timely service.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by the company.

Monitor market trends, competitors, customer activities, and potential business opportunities.

Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries, customer feedback, payment matters, and service issues.

Submit regular business development activity reports, customer visit reports, sales pipelines, and business forecasts to Management.
