Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.

At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.

Experience or educational background in loss prevention, security, investigations, or law enforcement is preferred.

Knowledge of loss prevention practices, with strong observation, investigation, interviewing, and fact-finding skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

Assist to identify and investigate internal thefts and fraud in the store.

Develop and maintain documentation of loss prevention activities & security matters.

Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day

Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day

Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management

Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
