To oversee and manage staff to ensure excellent service and friendly manner.

To greet customers and patrons personally as the window person of the restaurant.

To handle guests’ inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

To take orders and serve food and beverages to customers accordingly and recommend signature dishes and beverages of the outlet.

To ensure customer satisfaction towards the food and the service.

To ensure compliance with food health and safety regulation and hygiene at all times.

To manage on the day-to-day operations of the restaurants including managing labour, inventory and supplies.

To manage sales performance of outlet and understand the general operation cost.

Assist with updating and managing library of images resources and digital/film assets.

Undertake ad-hoc work compatible with the post holder’s status/experience as required.
