Requirements
Coordinate import and export shipments efficiently.
Liaise with customers, shipping lines, carriers, and internal teams.
Ensure timely documentation and shipment updates.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
Resolve shipment-related enquiries and support daily operational activities.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Shipping or Freight Forwarding industry.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
