What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, editing rhythm and audience retention.

• Experience directing video productions from pre-production through post-production.

• Strong understanding of social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to review and guide creative work.

• Comfortable using AI tools to improve creative research, production and editing workflows.

What You'll Do

• Understand campaign objectives, target audiences and creative briefs so that every piece of content communicates the intended message.

• Develop content concepts, creative directions and production approaches that translate marketing strategies into engaging social media content.

• Lead the creative direction of social media content by guiding the visual execution of both graphic and video content across campaigns.

• Direct video productions by planning visual storytelling, overseeing shoots and ensuring footage supports the intended creative direction.

• Produce and edit key video content that establishes the creative benchmark for the team.

• Guide designers and video editors by providing constructive feedback, creative direction and practical recommendations throughout the production process.

• Review social media creatives, videos and campaign assets before client presentation to ensure they meet Foxar Athon's standards for creativity, communication and execution.

• Work with strategists, copywriters and project teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, audience behaviour and brand positioning.

• Organise production assets, creative references and editing resources to support efficient collaboration and consistent execution.

• Improve creative workflows, production standards and content quality by applying insights, feedback and lessons learned from completed projects.
