Language ability: Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, to coordinate with team members who mainly speak Mandarin; Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Office software, able to prepare monthly store operations reports
Good sense of service and teamwork spirit
Able to adapt to the intensity and pace of front-of-house work, and follow instructions from superiors
Warmly welcome customers, providing quality ordering and dining service
Keep the restaurant clean and tidy, ensuring tableware and environment meet hygiene standards
岗位职责
Fluent, unobstructed communication in Mandarin. Responsible for cashier duties at the noodle shop, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
Manage and maintain the cashier system, ensuring it operates properly
Communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide quality service
Serve dine-in customers daily, addressing their needs
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner
