Job Description

Requirements

  • Language ability: Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, to coordinate with team members who mainly speak Mandarin; Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Proficient in Office software, able to prepare monthly store operations reports

  • Good sense of service and teamwork spirit

  • Able to adapt to the intensity and pace of front-of-house work, and follow instructions from superiors

  • Warmly welcome customers, providing quality ordering and dining service

  • Keep the restaurant clean and tidy, ensuring tableware and environment meet hygiene standards

Responsibilities

  • Fluent, unobstructed communication in Mandarin. Responsible for cashier duties at the noodle shop, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions

  • Manage and maintain the cashier system, ensuring it operates properly

  • Communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide quality service

  • Serve dine-in customers daily, addressing their needs

  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner
