Requirements
Language ability: Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, to coordinate with team members who mainly speak Mandarin
Less than 1 year of kitchen experience; experience in a Mandarin restaurant is a plus; beginners welcome
Able to adapt to the intensity and pace of kitchen work, and follow instructions from superiors
Responsibilities
Responsible for cutting, washing, and other food preparation work in the kitchen
Assist the chef with dish preparation
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner
In the later stage, able to independently handle production — including cooking noodles, preparing soup base, and checking dishes for color and taste — to ensure consistent quality
