大专或本科以上学历，机械、制造、质量管理等相关专业。Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.

3年以上质量工程师工作经验。Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.

熟悉 ISO 9001 质量管理体系。Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

具有金属制品、五金加工、CNC加工或精密零件制造行业经验 . Experience in Metal Stamping, CNC Machining, Precision Parts, or Metal Manufacturing is preferred.

熟悉品质工具（8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA、QC七大手法）。Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC 7 Tools.

能独立处理客户投诉及品质改善项目。Able to handle customer complaints and quality improvement projects independently.

能阅读工程图纸及使用基本测量仪器。Able to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

华人优先（因工作需要需以中文与客户及总部沟通）。Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers and headquarters.

负责维护及持续改善 ISO 9001 质量管理体系。Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

负责客户投诉、内部品质异常及供应商品质问题的分析与改善。Handle customer complaints, internal quality issues, and supplier quality concerns.

制定及更新检验标准（SOP、Inspection Standard、Control Plan等）。Develop and update inspection standards, SOPs, and quality documentation.

推动制程品质改善，降低不良率，提高产品质量。Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.

参与内部审核、客户审核及第三方审核。Support internal, customer, and external audits.

运用品质工具（8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA、QC七大手法等）分析并解决品质问题。Utilize quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC 7 Tools to resolve quality issues.

与生产、工程及供应商协调，确保产品符合客户要求。Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
