Must hold valid ACCA / CPA certification; ACCA/CPA partial qualified candidates are also welcome.

Familiar with Malaysia accounting standard, SST regulation and full set account processing for Sdn Bhd company.

Proficient in Excel, financial reporting and office software.

Good command of English (working language), Mandarin speaker is a strong advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle full set accounts independently.

Prior working experience in construction industry finance is preferred.

Handle full set of accounts for Sdn Bhd construction companies, including booking vouchers, ledger posting, month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and submit reports to management on schedule.

Comply with Malaysian accounting standards and complete SST declaration, tax filing and tax-related daily work.

Reconcile bank statements, customer and supplier accounts regularly to ensure data accuracy.

Manage payroll calculation, employee contribution payment (EPF/SOCSO/EIS) and relevant HR-finance linkage work.

Sort and archive financial vouchers, contracts and invoices properly; cooperate with external auditors during audit periods.

Provide professional financial analysis suggestions for construction project cost control and fund scheduling.
