Possess at least a Diploma in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.

Prior experience in supervising production activities, managing shop floor operations, or handling warehouse operations will be considered an advantage.

Possess a good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), workplace safety requirements, and production procedures.

Demonstrate effective leadership and team management capabilities, including the ability to oversee, coach, train, and support workers.

Have strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities, with the capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced working environment.

Manage and guide store workers in performing stock receiving, handling, movement, and storage activities based on the established schematic layout and business plan.

Ensure that the shop floor is consistently maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

Perform and oversee shop floor operations in accordance with QMS, EMS, and workplace safety requirements.

Monitor employees’ work performance and provide suitable training and guidance when required.

Inform the superior of any non-compliance or deviations involving QMS, EMS, or safety regulations so that the necessary corrective action can be taken.

Work together with the superior to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Complete any additional duties or specific assignments delegated by the superior.
