Minimum Diploma qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Candidates with experience in production supervision, shop floor operations, or warehouse management will have an added advantage.

Good knowledge and understanding of QMS, EMS, safety requirements, and production processes.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to supervise, train, and guide workers effectively.

Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead store workers in carrying out stock handling, movement, and storage activities according to the schematic layout and business plan.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shop floor.

Carry out shop floor activities in compliance with QMS, EMS, and safety requirements.

Supervise workers’ performance and provide the necessary training and guidance.

Report any issues or deviations related to QMS, EMS, and safety rules to the superior for appropriate action.

Work closely with the superior on improvement projects.

Carry out any additional or specific tasks assigned by the superior.
