Minimum Diploma qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Applicants with experience in production supervision, shop floor operations, or warehouse management will be considered an added advantage.

Possess good understanding of QMS, EMS, safety standards, and production operation procedures.

Demonstrate strong leadership and team supervision skills with the ability to coach, train, and manage workers effectively.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities, with the capability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced working environment.

Manage and guide store workers in performing stock handling, material movement, and storage activities based on the schematic layout and business requirements.

Ensure the shop floor remains clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.

Carry out shop floor operations while ensuring compliance with QMS, EMS, and workplace safety requirements.

Monitor employees’ work performance and provide appropriate guidance and training when required.

Escalate any issues or deviations related to QMS, EMS, and safety procedures to the superior for necessary corrective actions.

Support and cooperate with the superior in carrying out improvement projects and initiatives.

Undertake any other assigned responsibilities or tasks given by the superior.
