Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or any related discipline.

Relevant experience in production supervision, shop floor activities, or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and understanding of QMS, EMS, safety regulations, and production procedures.

Strong ability to lead and manage teams, including supervising, coaching, and providing training to workers.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise and guide store workers in performing stock handling, material movement, and storage activities based on the schematic layout and business plan.

Maintain proper cleanliness, orderliness, and overall condition of the shop floor area.

Ensure all shop floor activities are carried out according to QMS, EMS requirements, and established safety guidelines.

Monitor workers’ job performance and provide appropriate training and support when required.

Highlight and report any non-compliance or deviations related to QMS, EMS, and safety requirements to the superior for necessary corrective actions.

Support and cooperate with the superior in implementing improvement projects.

Perform any other specific duties or assignments given by the superior.
