Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.

3-5 years of baking experience in bakery production or a supervisory role is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Passionate about artisan baking and food quality.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise daily bakery production and ensure smooth operations.

Oversee the full bread-making process, including dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.

Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and consistency.

Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.

Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve production goals.

Manage inventory of ingredients and coordinate stock replenishment.

Assist with new product development and process improvements.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
