Possess a minimum Diploma qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.

Knowledge and familiarity with shipping documentation, import/export processes, and customs-related procedures.

Strong documentation handling skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Manage customs submissions for K1 and K9 declarations.

Prepare official Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.

Prepare and generate Local Outgoing Requests and Sales Orders.

Maintain, record, and update customer shipment and empty bin databases.

Update and compile monthly administrative-related reports.

Prepare billing records and verify invoice details.

Coordinate local shipment arrangements with the Production, Logistics, Business Development (BD) departments, and customers.

Manage documentation required for license renewal processes.

Handle import and export shipments as well as related documentation.

Manage Marine and GIT Insurance renewal processes.

Handle accounts receivable-related tasks.

Prepare ISO 9001:2015 MSF0901 Annual Customer Satisfaction Report.

Manage and follow up on customer complaints.

Prepare required documentation for auditors' requests.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
