Minimum SPM, Vocational Certificate, SKM, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a PDI Technician, Automotive Technician, or in a related automotive field.

Hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, vans, or light commercial vehicles) is required.

Good knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures, automotive systems, mechanical and electrical components, and basic troubleshooting.

Able to read and understand repair orders and technical instructions in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess a valid Class D driving licence.

Possession of GDL and/or E driving licence will be an added advantage.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop environment.

Perform comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on all new commercial vehicles, including interior, exterior, vehicle functions, and accessories.

Prepare and submit accurate PDI inspection reports and related documentation.

Identify and report any defects, abnormalities, or quality issues to the Foreman for corrective action.

Carry out long-storage vehicle maintenance to ensure vehicles remain in optimal condition.

Assist in vehicle diagnosis, repair coordination, and troubleshooting as directed by the Foreman.

Ensure all vehicles meet the company's quality standards prior to delivery.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of vehicles to the showroom, dealers, or customers when required.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area while complying with company safety procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
