SPM with a Technical/Vocational background, Certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Able to read and understand technical manuals, schematic drawings, and circuit diagrams.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical systems is an advantage.

Willing to be on standby after confirmation, when required.

1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred. Entry-level candidates with technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Install, commission, and provide user training for dental equipment at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of dental equipment.

Conduct pre-installation site surveys for new and existing clinics.

Provide professional technical support and excellent customer service.

Complete service reports and update job status promptly.

Participate in daily team meetings and prepare necessary documentation.

Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
