Handle day‑to‑day business translation covering Chinese, Malay and English, including customer service chats, product content, and internal team communications.

Assist with HR‑related work: recruitment discussion resume screening interview arrangement and employee document organization.

Support the cross‑border e‑commerce team with daily administrative tasks.
