Available full-time, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Service-first attitude — how you treat our members is what matters most to us

Comfortable with sales. You will carry a target and earn commission for hitting it

Willing to learn our games, consoles and sim racing setups. You don't need to know them already, but you do need to learn them

Able to work independently. Our shifts run small, so you won't always have someone looking over your shoulder

Able to communicate with customers in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage

Reliable and punctual — this matters more to us than experience

No prior experience required. Full training provided

Welcome and look after members: check-ins, bookings and game recommendations

Sell memberships, credit top-ups, F&B and add-ons, and hit your individual sales target

Set up, reset and maintain gaming stations, consoles and sim racing rigs between sessions

Run your shift end-to-end: opening, closing, cash handling and handover

Handle payments, top-ups and membership sign-ups

Troubleshoot basic technical issues (training provided)

Keep the floor clean, tidy and presentable

Support tournaments and community events
